1. Application in Cement Industry

Vertical mill is mainly used in cement industry for grinding raw materials, coal powder, grinding powder and clinker. It fully embodies the advantages of vertical mill, which integrates fine grinding, drying, grinding and flour separation, low power consumption, strong drying capacity and simplified production process. Vertical grinders for cement industry have been serialized and standardized, and single raw material vertical grinder can meet the requirements of 6000 t/d capacity cement production line. A single vertical pulverized coal mill can meet the requirements of a cement production line with a capacity of 10 000 t/d.

 

2. Application in Iron and Steel and Electric Power Industry

The application of vertical grinder in iron and steel and power industry is to grind pulverized coal, to provide fuel for blast furnace and power plant boiler, and to grind limestone powder to provide desulfurizer for power plant boiler flue gas desulfurization. The products grinded by vertical mill can improve the combustion efficiency of coal and the desulfurization effect of boiler flue gas.

 

3. The Application of Non-metallic Mine Ultrafine Powder Preparation

There are many kinds of non-metallic minerals, such as pyrophyllite, kaolin, heavy calcium, bentonite, gypsum, quartz sand, etc. The characteristics of raw materials are quite different. The characteristics of deep-processed products are that they require high fineness of products. Generally 97% of them pass through the range of 1250-325 meshes (10-44 um). The vertical mill for preparing non-metallic high-fine ore powder is called high-fine vertical mill.
