Working Principle of Vertical Roller Mill
 

Vertical roller mill mainly consists of flour separator, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressure device, reducer, motor, shell and so on. Material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the discharging pipe. The constant speed rotating grinding disc uses centrifugal force to evenly disperse and flatten the material outward, so as to form a certain thickness of material bed. At the same time, it is crushed by several grinding rollers on the grinding disc and crushed. Under the continuous drive of centrifugal force, the material continuously moves to the outer edge of the grinding disc. When the material leaving the grinding disc meets the hot gas entering the grinding through the air ring and rises, it enters the separator through the middle shell of the grinding machine. During this process, the material and the hot gas are fully exchanged, and the moisture is rapidly evaporated. The flour separator controls the particle size of the finished product at the exit of the roller mill. The particles larger than the specified size are separated and returned to the grinding disc. Material meeting the fineness requirement enters the finished product warehouse through the flour separator.
