Vertical roller mill operating procedures

Vertical roller mill has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation. With the continuous maturity of production technology, vertical roller mill is more durable and superior in performance. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the operation procedures of vertical roller mill in detail for the convenience of customers.

 

Before starting, the vertical roller mill main engine should check whether all the maintenance doors are closed tightly, adjust the rotation of the fan and the main shaft, and the exhaust valve should be in the fully open position. After starting the host, the material should be added immediately (fine particles should be added first, and then the normal material should be added) and then the large air volume valve should be opened, and the small exhaust valve should be closed as far as possible on the premise of ensuring that the inlet is not sprayed outward. Then adjust the fineness of the finished product.

 

With jaw crusher and hoist series equipment, check whether the gap of the jaw plate of the crusher conforms to the feed particle size before starting the machine, and adjust the speed of the analyzer to meet the requirements of the finished product size. Finally, boot in the following order:

Open bucket elevator

Open jaw crusher

After the material is stored in the silo, start the analysis machine

Start the blower (start at no load, load after normal operation)

Start the host, the electromagnetic vibration feeder is started at the moment of starting the host. At this time, the grinding work is started. The simple operation sequence is as follows: "start" the hoist-crusher-analyzer-fan-host-feeder.

When shutting down, each machine should be shut down in the following order:

Turn off the feeder first to stop feeding

Stop the host after one minute

Stop the blower after blowing the residual material

Finally shut down the analysis machine

The shutdown sequence is: feeder-host-blower-analysis machine

 

Note: After the elevator transports the materials to the silo for a certain amount, the crusher is stopped first and then the lifting is stopped. This item should be changed by the amount of stored materials. The grinder is not allowed to refuel at random during normal work. To ensure the safety of production, the abnormal noise in any part of the grinder or the sudden increase in load should be immediately shut down to check and eliminate the failure to avoid major accidents. When you continue to start, you must take out the remaining material in the vertical roller mill. If the current is too large just after starting, it will affect the start.
