Analysis of seven faults of high pressure grinding mill

High pressure grinding mill is a kind of common milling equipment, so, in the use process, how to solve these problems? The following seven common faults are introduced, as well as the causes and troubleshooting methods.

 

1. No or little flour, low yield

The causes are as follows: (1) the powder locking device is not adjusted well, the sealing is not tight, and the suction is backward; (2) the blade is worn too much and cannot lift the material.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) check and adjust the powder lock, and seal well to block the air leakage; (2) replace the new blade.

 

2. The main engine current rises, the temperature rises and the fan current drops

 

Causes: Excessive Feed, air duct blocked by crushed materials, pipe exhaust is not smooth, circulating air flow heating, so that the main engine current, temperature rise, fan current drop.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) reduce the feed amount and remove the dust accumulation in the air duct; (2) open the valve of the residual air pipe, and control the humidity of the incoming material below 6%.

 

3. The product grain is too coarse or too fine

The causes are as follows: (1) the blade of the analyzer is seriously worn, which does not play the role of classification; (2) the air volume of the fan is not appropriate.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) replace the blade and turn down the fan properly, the air burst can solve the phenomenon of too thick; (2) if the air volume is too thin, the inlet air volume should be increased.

 

 

4. Fan vibration

The causes are as follows: (1) powder deposition or uneven wear on the blade; (2) loose anchor bolts.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) clear the dust accumulation of the blade or replace the blade; (2) tighten the anchor bolt.

 

 

5. The main engine has high noise and vibration

The causes are as follows: (1) the feeding amount is small or the main engine and the transmission device are different, there is no gap between the two couplings, and the anchor bolt is loose; (2) the material is hard and has a large impact, or there is no material layer; (3) the grinding ring of the grinding roller is out of roundness and deformation seriously.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) adjust the feed rate, align the coaxiality, adjust the gap between the two couplings; (2) reduce the feed particle size; (3) replace the grinding roller ring.

 

6. Transmission and analyzer oil tank heating

Causes: the oil viscosity is large, the oil is thick, the screw pump oil can not be up, so that the upper bearing is short of oil.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) check whether the brand and viscosity of the engine oil are consistent with the requirements; (2) check the running direction of the analyzer.

 

7. The powder feeding bearing of grinding roller device is easy to be damaged

Causes: (1) oil cut off or seal ring damage; (2) lack of maintenance and cleaning for a long time.

 

Troubleshooting methods: (1) timely add oil according to the specified time; (2) regularly clean and replace the oil seal.
