How to disassemble the jaw crusher correctly

In the daily crushing work, jaw crusher will certainly have problems, or parts wear, or shutdown maintenance. When disassembling jaw crusher, it must be operated correctly, otherwise it may cause more serious damage to jaw crusher. The following describes the correct disassembly of jaw crusher method.

 

The more frequent repair item in the disassembly of the jaw crusher is the replacement of the thrust plate. For jaw crushers with integral connecting rods, if you want to remove the thrust plate, you must first unscrew the baffle bolts, cut off the dry oil lubricating pipe, and hang the thrust plate on the crane hook or other lifting equipment. Loosen the spring at one end of the horizontal link, pull the movable jaw to the direction of the fixed jaw, and take out the thrust plate. If you want to take out the rear thrust plate, pull the connecting rod, the front thrust plate and the movable jaw together, and take out the rear thrust plate.

 

After the thrust plate is removed, cut off the thin lubricating oil pipe and the cooling water pipe, support it with a bracket under the connecting rod, and then remove the connecting rod cover to lift the connecting rod. The main shaft of the jaw crusher (jaw crusher) should be removed together with the pulley and flywheel. Move the motor (together with the belt) as close as possible to the crusher along the slide rail and remove the V-belt. Then lift the shaft with a crane. In order to disassemble the movable jaw, you must first cut off the dry oil lubricating pipe, remove the pull rod, remove the bearing cap, and then use a crane or other lifting equipment to pull the movable jaw out.

 

The fixed liner (tooth plate), movable jaw liner (tooth plate), and side liner (guard plate) of the jaw crusher are relatively easy to wear. After severe wear, the particle size of the product becomes larger. In the initial stage of wear, the tooth plate can be turned around, or the two upper and lower jaws can be turned around. The wear of the jaw plate is mostly in the middle and lower parts. When the tooth height is worn away by 35, a new liner needs to be replaced. When the lining plates on both sides wear out by 25, they also need to be replaced.
