Guide for starting process of jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is a necessary equipment in the first crushing process of gravel production line, stone production line and sand production line. The normal startup of jaw crusher directly affects the operation process of the whole production line. So, in order to ensure that the jaw crusher can start smoothly, what do we need to do?

 

First of all, do a good job in the inspection of jaw crusher before use, mainly including the following points:

 

(1) Whether the contact between the elbow plate and the movable jaw and the elbow pad on the adjusting seat is good, whether there is sufficient grease at each contact point, and whether the bearing is well lubricated;

 

(2) The fastener of jaw crusher is very important and must be tightened before starting;

 

(3) The transmission belt is installed correctly and in good condition. If the belt is damaged, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil stain on the belt or pulley, clean the belt with a clean cloth;

 

(4) The protective device is in good condition. If unsafe phenomenon is found in the protective device, it should be eliminated in time;

 

(5) There is no material or other sundries in the damaged cavity, and it should be cleaned up sometimes;

 

(6) Whether the jacking head or jack screw rod of the hydraulic jack is returned, and whether the adjusting gasket is correctly installed and pressed;

 

Secondly, in the crushing process of jaw crusher, the damaged materials should be evenly added into the crushing cavity to avoid side feeding or full charging, so as to prevent unilateral overload, load mutation or blockage.

 

Finally, after the jaw crusher has been used for a period of time, the fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate can be used up and down when one end of the jaw crusher is worn, and all fasteners of the jaw crusher shall be re tightened after using for a period of time.
