1. Crushing ratio

3. Cycle load

The operation of the jaw crusher will form a closed loop system. If the discharge port is enlarged at this time, the load in the circulation will increase, and the stone grain shape will become better.In this process, the increase of the cyclic load will also increase the wear of the equipment in the system.But when the discharge opening is enlarged, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the finished material particles will be better.

 

4. Open and closed loop

The open circuit is called the first screening and then the crushing, and the closed circuit is called the first crushing and then the screening.Screening first and then crushing refers to the material that has been crushed in the first stage after being sieved through the finished product screen and then enters the second crushing feed inlet for crushing.
