1. Grinding roller part of the main machine of the vertical mill of the slag vertical mill production line: the four grinding rollers are arranged at an angle of 90° to each other in the circumferential direction, and are supported on the foundation base of the mill through the bearing seat. The rocker arm swings, which enables the grinding roller to adapt to the fluctuating load caused by some abnormal materials.

2. The replaceable grinding disc liner is supported by the grinding disc base, and the grinding disc liner is pided into several sections and topped on the edge of the outer edge of the grinding disc base. The inner ring grinding disc liner is fixed with a pressure plate. The surface geometry of the segmented grinding disc liner determines the inclination of the grinding roller, that is, the normal line of the contact point between the middle of the grinding roller arc and the surface of the grinding disc liner is at an angle of 15° to the vertical direction. There is a nozzle ring between the grinding disc and the mill frame body, and the airflow enters below the nozzle ring through the air inlet of the mill. Due to the airflow above the air ring and the pressure difference in the grinding cavity, the material to be milled enters the selection according to the predetermined flow direction. In the powder area, the inclusions or iron with larger specific gravity fall into the lower part of the grinding cavity through the nozzle ring and are sent out of the machine by the scraper. The air ring ventilation area can be changed by adjusting the radial position of the nozzle ring adjustment plate, that is, the wind speed can be changed to meet the needs of materials.

The hot air chamber of the mill disc is supported on the main support and welded to the main support. The hot air chamber includes two hot air outlets and a slag discharge port. The hot air chamber is equipped with a gasket to seal the rotating grinding disc. The hot air chamber is welded with wear-resistant steel plates. 

The outer edge of the grinding disc surrounds the stopper ring. The thickness of the material between the grinding roller and the grinding disc can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the stopper ring. A scraper is installed on the lower surface of the grinding disc to facilitate the removal of coarse powder and iron.

3. The main transmission part of the vertical mill main machine of the slag vertical mill production line: this part is composed of the main motor, the spiral bevel gear planetary reducer, the diaphragm coupling, and the auxiliary transmission motor reducer. The main motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor, and the cooling method is air-to-air cooling.The first stage of the spiral bevel gear planetary reducer is a spiral bevel gear, and the second stage is a planetary gear. The output shaft of the reducer is installed vertically.A number of Babbitt alloy thrust bearings are installed under the output shaft,the reducer bears the gravity of the grinding parts and the force generated by the hydraulic system cylinder through the rocker arm member during grinding.The reducer housing is composed of a welded structure. The main motor directly starts and drives the grinding disc to rotate through the main reducer. The coaxial motor reducer is a three-stage cylindrical gear drive. The coaxial motor reducer slowly drives the main motor through the overrunning clutch, thereby driving the grinding disc to rotate slowly. It is used for overhauling the grinding disc and surfacing welding of the lining plate.


4. Separator section of the main machine of the vertical mill of the slag vertical mill production line: the mill is equipped with a static and dynamic separator to meet a wider range of fineness requirements. The separator is installed above the casing and has a rotating impeller body. The rotating blades are driven by a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, and the reducer is driven to achieve stepless speed. The speed of the separator is adjusted by the variable-frequency speed-regulating motor. During operation, the higher the rotation speed of the separator, the finer the discharge particle size, and vice versa. However, because the discharge particle size is also affected by factors such as temperature, humidity, and wind pressure in the mill cavity.Therefore, it is impossible to find a corresponding relationship between speed and particle size before the test run, and this corresponding relationship can only be obtained gradually during the test run.

 

The main shaft of the separator is equipped with two spherical roller bearings and a thrust bearing, and is equipped with a bearing temperature measuring device. Since the inside of the transmission support part is in a sealed state, the bearing itself is not equipped with a dust cover, and the lower end of the transmission part of the separator is sealed by the pressure difference between the atmospheric pressure and the negative pressure in the grinding chamber. Several bearings of transmission parts are lubricated by grease provided by electric dry oil pump. A wear-resistant liner is welded on the inner wall of the frame of the separator to prevent the material from being washed out.

When the main machine of the vertical mill of the slag vertical mill production line starts, the grinding roller is raised to realize the no-load start. After starting the main motor of the mill, the feeding belt scale starts feeding and sends out a feeding signal.

At this time, the roller is lowered. After the grinding roller is lowered to the working position, the hydraulic cylinder has a rod cavity to pressurize. When the pressure reaches the set value, the hydraulic pump is stopped and the grinding work starts. During equipment maintenance, the hydraulic system inspection oil cylinder works to lift the grinding roller set out of the mill.

 

6. ​​Sealing air part of the main machine of the vertical mill of the slag vertical mill production line: The function of the sealing air part is to prevent the dust in the grinding cavity from falling into the roller bearing. The sealed air generated by the fan is introduced into the roller bearing through the pipeline installed above the frame, and a hose is installed in the air guide pipeline to prevent the displacement of the roller from affecting the rigid connection. Due to the negative pressure inside the mill, the sealing gas overflows from the circular sealing area, preventing the dust from entering the moving bearing parts.

 

7. The main frame body of the vertical mill of the slag vertical mill production line: the frame body is composed of a frame body with a welded structure. The connection of the frame body is welded on site. The frame is equipped with maintenance doors and inspection doors, and four equal parts are arranged. A water spray device and eight scrapers. The lower part of the frame is welded to the foundation, and the upper part is secured with a separator. In order to prevent material erosion when the mill is working, there is a wear-resistant layer on the inner wall of the frame.

 

The main machine inspection door of the slag vertical mill production line is bolted to the frame body, and the maintenance door is removed.
