1 project overview

Four horizontal mill HOROMILL3800 should be installed on the production line of rizhao steel slag micro-powder production line. There is a rotating roller in the inside of each horizontal mill. It is mainly composed of the shaft, roller and bearing, and the roller and the bearing are connected by the shaft. (see figure 1 below)

The grinding roller equipment is designed and manufactured by FCB, and after the entry, it is assembled at the site of my unit. Total weight 72.673 t, total length 6407mm. Which the drum diameter size of Ф 1820 mm, 1445 mm long, weighs 16.36 t; Shaft diameter size of Ф 1240 mm, 5800 mm long, weighs 37.711 t.  
The grinding roller installation is usually the last step in the installation of the mill equipment. Since the structure plant has been formed, the installation is narrow and the crane cannot be hoisting in the workshop. For this kind of equipment, what method is introduced in this paper? It is more effective and accurate to make the grinding roller in place.  
2 hoisting the position analysis
According to China's Beijing metallurgical engineering technology co., LTD., to provide construction drawings, equipment is located in the grinding mill ontology main workshop + 0 ~ + 12 m platform, based on concrete between the roller through the mill body, roller mill in internal and two bearings connected to the pressure on both sides of the grinding machine arm. (shown in figure 2 below)

From above, the grinding roller is installed in the mill main plant. The crane can not be put in place. For example, using reverse chain and winding with hoisting, because the grinding roller is large and heavy, it needs to pass through the grinder tube, which is obviously difficult to achieve.  
According to my unit similar project construction experience and professional advice, France FCB company for this kind of equipment of hoisting in place, can make tooling platform and the tooling platform caused by plant from the plant, and then install sliding track, in the tooling platform orbit consults the taxi cars. At this time, large crane can be used for equipment hoisting, and the traction is used to move the sliding trolley to install in place.  
3 The hoisting of the mill is inverted
3.1 production and installation of tooling platform
In order to ensure that the grinding roller can smoothly pass through the pressure arm of the mill, the highest position of the grinding roller must be within the maximum stroke of the roller. According to the surface elevation of the inner lining of the tube, the elevation of the upper end of the track and the surface elevation of the lining board are the same. Through calculation, to determine orbit surface elevation is + 4.29 m. The center width of the two tracks is determined to be 780mm based on the coasting car provided by China's double company.  
The tooling platform consists of H steel, steel, steel plate, channel steel and steel plate. The models of various main materials are shown in figures 3 and 4. In order to facilitate the installation and use of removal, reverse transportation and other grinding rolls, the main materials and the main materials are connected with a high strength of 8.8. (note: in figure 4, the middle two tracks are used for the installation of grinding rolls, and the two side rails are used for the installation of mill barrel bodies).  
Ensure the elevation, center line and level of the two tracks meet the requirements in the installation of the tooling platform. The height and levelness of the platform are measured by plate and level and the method of adding and reducing pads at the bottom of the platform is realized. When measuring the centerline of the two orbits, the center line of the mill is used to draw the line, then the method of adjusting the beam of two rails is realized by measuring the steel tape measure and the sledgehammer. After the platform has been adjusted, all bolts are tightened once again to prevent the bolt from loosening.

3.2 grinding roller lifting
After the grinding roller has been assembled, it has been placed on the east side of the tooling platform. Owing to the large size and heavy weight of the roller, large crane is required to carry out the lifting.  
3.2.1 preparation before lifting
<1> grinding roller must be responsible for the safety of the heavy industry and construction personnel.  
<2> cranes enter the road unimpeded, and the crane station has a solid foundation;  
<3> grinding roller surface clean, no oil, rust residue;  
<4> sliding trolley is installed on the tooling platform, and the front and rear sides of the car are welded;  
<5> familiar with the drawing, specify the direction of the grinding roller;  
<6> hoisting rigging is ready, all hoisting cables must be checked and cleaned before being used.  
<7> construction workers have a clear pision of labor, clear responsibilities and command personnel;  
<8> high altitude work should be fastened belt, wear safety helmet, prohibit upper air parabolic;  
<9> hoisting area should set up the cordon, and non-operator shall not enter the warning zone;  
<10> to observe the principle of "ten unhanged" issued by the state.  
3.2.2 determination of hoisting method
Roller in tooling platform on the east side of 20 m place, now the roller assembly must be to the track surface elevation of 4.29 m + the taxi car. According to the actual situation of the site, large crane can be used in the middle station of the platform and grinding roller.  
According to the shandong hoisting crane performance table provided by the company, through simulation CAD, can be used 300 tons of mobile crane in tooling platform position on the east side, length of 20.5 m, 10 m homework radii and hoisting, maximum weight of 87 t. (the lifting diagram is shown in figure 5)

3.2.3 hoisting process
Lift the grinder, leave the ground 200mm, and try to hang for a while. Check whether the parts of the car are normal and check whether the legs are in the dungeon. If there is any abnormality, the hook should be dropped immediately. Everything is normal, rollers will ascend to a certain height, crane slowly rotating, moved to the tooling platform above, then using the roller end good hemp rope direction to install the last slide slowly accurate down to the car.  
3.2.4 selection of wire rope
Grinding roller shape rules, symmetrical at both ends. For this kind of cylinder, a wire rope hoisting can be used on both sides of the cylinder, with a total of four steel wire rope. It is not required to buckle and weld lifting lugs, so only the wire rope is calculated.

Calculate the maximum tension of a single string according to the formula
Refer to the hardware manual, take a rope tensile strength of 1570 n/was, can use 6 x 37 + 1 fiber core Ф 46 mm steel wire rope.  
3.2.5 roller backhaul. When the grinding roller is hoisted to the sliding trolley, the steel wire rope is attached to the front of the sliding trolley, and the roller is used in the 10t reverse chain. The concrete schematic diagram is shown in FIG. 7:

4. Installation of grinding roller
Slide when car roller after entering the Raymond mill to the installation position, start the hydraulic station, contraction hydraulic cylinder, the torque arm on both sides with roller bearing outer ring on both sides, respectively, according to the design drawings, France FCB company use the U bolt roller bearing on both sides to end connected to the pressure arm, then USES the hydraulic lift fastening nut, finally start the hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, through the torque arm brought roller, removal of taxi cars and rail from inside the mill. Can complete the grinding roller installation. The roller assembly diagram is shown in figure 8:

conclusion
In this paper, on the basis of smooth lifting roller in place, demonstrates the major in crane cannot hoisting in place of the plant equipment, using production tooling platform, taxi car translation method, the advantages of accuracy and reliability. Although the installation method is time-consuming, consumable and expensive, this method is the optimal method for grinding roller.
