Operation of key components of Raymond mill

In daily operation, Raymond mill is pided into three parts: preparation and operation, and ending shutdown.

 

First of all, we should do a few simple steps of inspection preparation before starting up the machine

 

1. Check whether all the access doors are closed tightly;

 

2. Whether there are iron bars and debris in the machine, and whether the steering direction of the fan and the host of Raymond mill is reversed after adjustment,

 

3. The exhaust valve of Raymond mill shall be in the fully open position.

 

4. Check whether the screw and nut are loose or the host belt is too tight or loose.

 

 

When the test is finished, we will see the starting work:

 

1. Start the dustpan elevator;

 

2. Operated jaw crusher;

 

3. Start the analyzer after material is stored in the hopper;

 

4. Start up the air blower (start up if empty, and load it after normal operation);

 

5. Start the host machine and start the electromagnetic feeder immediately after starting the host machine.

 

 

Finally, when we finished the job, we started the final stop.

 

1. Shut down the feeder and stop feeding first

 

2. Stop the host machine after about one minute;

 

3. Stop the blower after blowing out the remaining powder;

 

4. Finally, turn off the analyzer.

 

 

Finally, there are several points we should pay attention to in our daily operation.

 

1. If you want to send the materials to the warehouse, please stop the crushing machine first, and then use the hoist to lift the appropriate amount of materials.

 

2. After starting, materials should be added immediately (small particles should be added first, and normal particles should be added first), then open the large air volume valve, gradually close the exhaust valve to ensure that the inlet does not spray materials to the outside, and close the exhaust valve as much as possible to control the thickness of the product by adjusting the engine speed.

 

3. In order to ensure the safety of production ramon machine, there should be no residue during the startup time, so as to avoid the danger of excessive current caused by the overload operation of the motor. Raymond mill is not allowed to refuel at work. Once it makes abnormal noise it must include a sudden increase in the load and it must be stopped immediately to check and troubleshoot to ensure safe production from accidents.
