1. No powder (under normal circumstances, no powder or less)
Reasons for this situation include: powder valve malfunction; The air lock device is leaky or normally open; Serious air leakage in the pipe; The pipe valve into the blower is closed too low; Overfeeding; Pipe system installation too long too high, too many elbow or elbow Angle too small; The grinding roller device is stuck; The blade is worn more or the material is too wet.
Treatment: check whether the outlet valve and lock valve are stuck or open normally, plug the leakage of pipeline and check whether the valve is open. Check whether the grinding roller device is stuck and the blade wear. Change pipe height and increase bend Angle. Even feed. Control material humidity below 6%.
2. Too thick or too fine powder
Cause: analysis machine speed not adjusted appropriate; Improper air volume control.
Treatment: adjust the speed and air volume of the analyzer.
3. Frequent shutdown of the main engine and excessive temperature
Cause: too much material in the machine, too little powder, so that the temperature of the mill rises, and the blower current drops, the remaining air valve is closed, the hot air can not be discharged.
Treatment method: remove the accumulated powder in the return air box and pipeline and add the material evenly. When the main engine is shut down frequently, check whether the adjustment of the relay is lower than the rated current of the motor.
The main engine is loud and vibrate
Causes: usually, due to the large deviation between the reducer and the coupling of the main engine, the anchor screw is loose, and the one-way thrust bearing on the main engine is off when assembling. The thrust bearing is jacked up due to no gap between the coupling during installation. The material is too hard, the material is like powder or too little feed; Or the foundation is not solid.
Processing method: find the center, and ensure the disconcentricity of the two coupling is below 0.30mm. Adjust the coupling clearance to about 5mm. If the abrasive has been powdered, the speed of the main engine can be reduced to 110-120r /min. Tighten the anchor bolts and all fasteners.
5. Vibration of blower
Cause: loose foot screw; Or consider the imbalance due to uneven blade wear or blade dust accumulation.
Treatment: tighten the anchor bolts. Clear blade accumulation or replace blade.
6. Reducer and analyzer heating
Cause: no gap between upper and lower bearing assembly; High oil viscosity, lack of oil on upper bearing; Too much oil makes it difficult to dissipate heat; Air filter installation leakage, and plug the pipe joint, do not protect the role of dust from under the turntable into the oil pool.
Treatment method: adjust the bearing clearance within the range of 0.15-0.20mm. Check oil viscosity and maintain oil viscosity.
7. Feeding of grinding shaft device
Causes: the main reason is that the upper and lower bearings have larger gaps, and the roller shaft is easy to shake during operation. As a result, the sealing ring is worn and the powder enters into the bearing. Two nuts on the upper part of the grinding roller become loose during operation, resulting in increased clearance between the upper and lower bearings, resulting in powder feeding, oil cutting and accelerated bearing wear.
