    If there is air leakage, it will affect the normal wind pressure and air volume. At this time, not only the output cannot control, but the fineness will also be affected. Therefore, the air duct of a Raymond mill must require good airtightness. To ensure the tightness of the first requirement, welding must not be cracked and there should be no air holes.

    2. the length of the pipeline can be adjusted

    When the requisite fine material changes, the relative position of the highest point of the pipe can be adjusted while the classifier has been fixed, and the fineness can be adjusted. Through the adjustment of fineness, the best balance of fineness of production can be obtained, and the output of Raymond mill can be further exerted.

    3. Reasonable camber of the pipeline

    When designing the pipeline, try to make it too smooth and minimize the resistance. Also, consider that there should be no elbows smaller than 90 degrees, and do not modify the pipe diameter at will.

    When customers choose Raymond mill manufacturers, the quality of the host selection is important, but other auxiliary products, such as the pipeline I talked about today, are not valued by customers, but if there is a problem, it will greatly affect the output and the whole production.
