What About Low Production

The emergence of Raymond Mill has greatly promoted the development of productivity and improved production efficiency. However, it is prone to a significant decrease in production during use. What is going on?
First of all, we need to have a general understanding of the work process of Raymond Mill. In general, it consists of two processes, one is the blade to shovel the material, sent to the grinding roller and the grinding ring to smash, the other process is to drive the finished product into the large cyclone separator under the air flow,discharged after separation from air. The output is significantly reduced, and the problem must have occurred in these two processes, either the raw material has not been successfully crushed, or the finished product cannot be discharged smoothly.
According to many years of practical experience, the former is due to the wear of the blade, which makes it impossible to smoothly shovel large materials. The latter is caused by the fact that the powder collector is not adjusted well, resulting in poor sealing. If the blade is worn, replace it with a new one. If it is the latter, you need to adjust the dust collector seal and find that the leaking place needs to be blocked in time.
