Step-by-step counter-crushing process can effectively reduce energy consumption during the crushing process.However,the disadvantage is that the quality of the machine is large and the fuselage is high, so the construction cost of the plant is also high.
 
Hammer Crusher: Hammer crusher has the advantages of large crushing ratio, uniform discharge size and low energy consumption. However, due to the faster wear of the hammer head, it is limited in the application of hard material crushing; in addition, because the purlin is afraid of clogging, it is not suitable for crushing the material with high humidity and clay. This type of crusher is commonly used to break brittle materials below medium to hard.
 
The main advantages of the roller crusher are: simple structure, compact and light body, low price, reliable work, convenient adjustment and crushing, less pulverization during crushing, and smashing of viscous materials. However, the production capacity is low, and it is required to feed the material evenly and continuously to the entire length of the roller. Otherwise, the roller wears unevenly, and the obtained product particle size is not easy to be uniform, and it is often repaired.
