How to improve the productivity of ball mill

Ball mill is the key equipment for milling materials after crushing, widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal dressing and glass ceramics and other production industries, dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials. In the actual production process, we will find that after the ball mill grinding machine has been used for a period of time, both the working efficiency and the production capacity will be damaged, which will eventually lead to the reduction of production capacity. In this case, how can we improve the productivity of the ball mill?

1.Reasonable control, uniform feeding, better play ball mill grinding, grinding ability;

2. Strengthen equipment ventilation: reasonably and effectively strengthen the ventilation volume inside the mill to ensure timely removal of steam in the cylinder, avoid blockage and adhesion, and effectively improve the grinding efficiency.

3. Adding fine grinding machine before grinding machine: the purpose of adding fine grinding machine is to reduce the particle size of incoming grinding materials, so as to effectively reduce the load of grinding machine, improve efficiency, and then improve productivity;

4. Improve the grinding system, upgrade the steel ball gradation and combination, and improve the grinding efficiency;

5. Add a fine grinding machine in front of the mill and use it together with a high-efficiency powder separator;

6. Add efficient grading equipment: more efficient grading can improve the quality of circulating grinding particle size, thus improving the efficiency of grinding system, thus increasing the output and ensuring the quality of finished concentrate/cement;

7.Regular maintenance, timely replacement of worn parts, maintain the smooth operation of equipment, better improve work efficiency.
