High pressure  grinding mill and Raymond mill are commonly used mechanical equipment in industrial production, but what is the difference between them?

As for the size of the discharge, the size of the processed discharge of Raymond mill is within the range of 30-325 mesh, and the size of the high-pressure mill is within the range of 80-425 mesh. The finished product is finer and the screening rate is higher.  
Finished product output: high pressure mill due to the strong pressure of high pressure spring, the output will be higher than Raymond mill.  
The high pressure pulverizer is a further evolution of Raymond pulverizer, which makes up for some shortcomings of the latter. High pressure pulverizer is a mature high pressure device, not only can extend the service life of the equipment, the same degree to increase the output of equipment grinding. General Raymond mill would not have this advantage, in the process of long-term use, grinding roller and grinding ring big loss, even in areas such as the adjusting bolt, cannot make its close grinding, out of the finished product fineness powder to reach requirement, this time can only replace the vulnerable parts, and high pressure mill won't be so, normally arrive before grinding point, adjust the high pressure device, can be used to pressure grinding roller and grinding ring closely, maximum limit to use.
