When working, the bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the required feed size, and the material is transported to the storage bin by the bucket elevator, and then uniformly sent to the grinding machine by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. In the grinding chamber, the blade is shoveled and fed into the grinding roller grinding ring during the same process as the grinding roller, forming a cushion layer, and the material is ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, thereby achieving the purpose of milling. . The powder after grinding is brought to the analyzer for powder selection by the fan airflow. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirement enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, separates and collects it, and then discharges through the tripper  to obtain the finished powder. The blower is drawn in from the upper return duct of the cyclone collector. The undesired powder is thrown away from the airflow by the blade and the coarse powder particles fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding due to their own gravity.
