Solutions to dry powder mixer leakage problem

The three-way funnel at the feeding end of the dry powder mixer is welded with a sealing plate. There is a gap between the sealing belt and the inlet of the dry powder mixer. The gap exceeds 50 mm, and the gap is trimmed to about 5 mm. After running for a period of time, due to the wear of the mixture, the gap will increase again. When the machine is shut down for maintenance, replace or weld the sealing plate in time to ensure that the gap is about 5mm. This improvement is more effective in reducing the amount of leakage.

 

In order to recycle materials generated by the mixer equipment during the leakage, we can fix the chute on the steel frame of the three-way funnel. One end of the newly welded inlet port at the feed end of the mixer, the purpose of adding the inlet is to introduce the leaked mixture into the new chute, thereby avoiding leakage into the tire base to accelerate the wear of the tire. Although the other end is connected to the three-way funnel, considering that the position of the three-way funnel is far from the newly added belt conveyor, the mixture can not smoothly flow into the newly added belt conveyor, so the new space is located according to the position of the space. A small chute was designed, and a mixed platform was cut into a square hole, and a funnel was installed to lead the leaked mixture to the newly added belt conveyor.
