2.Reliable shaft end seal

1) The mixing spindle shaft end seal of the dry powder mixer machine adopts a very reliable micro grease rubber sealing technology. The bearing and the shaft end seal are completely separated to ensure the safe operation of the bearing, so that the design is convenient for the maintenance of the bearing and the seal.

2) The spare sealing rubber is carefully prepared in the shaft end of the mixing spindle, and the sealing rubber can be replaced without removing the shaft end cover and the shaft end seat.

3.Efficient mixing device

1) The hybrid spindle adopts an integral solid shaft with better torsion and bending strength.

2) All mixing blades are made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant cast iron, and tungsten carbide is deposited on the surfaces of the mixing arms and small blades to ensure wear resistance.

3) The pigment can be evenly dispersed to eliminate the color difference after the finished product is mixed.

4) A small amount of admixture can be uniformly dispersed, so that the addition amount of the admixture can be as low as 1:10000.
