Prior to the formal work, necessary technical training should be carried out to the operator, at least in order to understand the principle, performance and operation procedures of the ore Raymond mill. Always prepare the necessary repair tools and grease, check the roller connection bolts regularly, and when loose, tighten and keep the lubricating oil sufficient. When the roller is used for 500 hours or more, it should be replaced, and the rolling bearing should be cleaned thoroughly and the vulnerable parts should be replaced in time. Pay attention to the time each bearing filling grease, bearing temperature rise at the same time to keep within the 70 ℃, once found, high temperature shall be immediately to clean, take effective measures to cool.
