In the milling production line, the motor is an indispensable part of the grinding process. For the 4R Raymond mill, the size of the motor affects the operating condition and power consumption of the equipment. Therefore, it is very important to know the configuration knowledge of 4R Raymond mill motor.

 

In Raymond mill production line, Raymond mill is mainly composed of main engine, analytical engine, hoist, blower, crusher and electromagnetic vibration feeder. In these parts, the power matching of the motor is directly related to the normal operation of the equipment.

 

Crusher motor. In Raymond mill production line, the jaw crusher is a more common equipment if the particle size of grinding materials is too large to be broken. In general, the motor configuration of the crusher is small.

 

Elevating the electromechanical machine. The hoist is the main conveying equipment between the silo and the crusher, and its power is usually around 3KW. Moreover, in the pulverized mill production line, the hoist is optional, so it is not necessary to upgrade the electromechanical machine to 4r Raymond mill.

 

Electromagnetic vibration feed mechanical and electrical machine. In order to better ensure the uniform and uniform feeding of Raymond mill, the electromagnetic vibration feeder is usually configured, because it directly affects the operation of the equipment, the quality of finished products and the output. Normally, the electromagnetic vibration feeder power is about 150KW.

 

Host motor. 4R Raymond mill motor is the main driving force for grinding mill ring. Generally, its motor power is 90KW, which is the necessary equipment in the milling production line.

 

Blower motor. The blower is connected to the volute mouth of the main engine, and the inlet is blown into a large amount of wind, and then into the grinding chamber. Because the blower is the main source of wind in the whole mill production, it has the characteristics of large energy loss and high motor power in the whole production line. General 4R Raymond mill motor power is about 110KW.
