Many accessories in Raymond mill are easy to wear, such as grinding rolls, gears and bearing bushes.

 

1, the machining surface on the two axle bearing base is on the same horizontal plane, and the outer surface of the hollow shaft produces grooves, markings, or its inner circular surface is worn through the deformation of the hollow shaft, and the cracks should be replaced.

 

2, when the small gear surface wear is less than 30% of the tooth thickness, the large gear ring tooth surface wear is greater than 25% of the tooth thickness, which can be used on the reverse side, and should be replaced when worn to 1/2.

 

3. The twist deformation of the gear rim is greater than 7.5mm and should be replaced.

 

4, when the bearing wear is greater than the thickness of 1/3, it should be replaced in time.
