High pressure roller mill is widely used in the processing of 280 kinds of materials in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. It is suitable for grinding non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%.
High pressure roller mill is mainly suitable for processing various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with humidity less than 6%. It is used for processing quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, white stone, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, coal and other materials. The adjustable fineness is between 0.613 mm and 0.033 mm.
The whole set of high pressure grinding equipment consists of main engine, reducer, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electronic control system, etc.
In the main machine of high pressure roller mill, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross-arm axle. The grinding roller hanger is fixed with the spindle and the relief tool holder. The pressure spring is pressed on the outer end of the cantilever of the grinding roller bearing chamber. The cross-arm axle is used as the fulcrum point to force the grinding roller to press tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring. When the motor drives the spindle to rotate through the transmission device. When moving, the shovel blade mounted on the shovel holder rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, which rotates around its own axis while rolling in the inner circle of the grinding ring. In order to ensure that the mill works under negative pressure, the increased air flow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air between the fan and the main engine, and then discharged into the atmosphere after being purified.
