Parts and Structure

The structure of the grinding mill is mainly composed of a main engine, an analyzer, a fan, a finished cyclone separator, a fine powder cyclone separator and an air duct. The main engine is composed of frame, air inlet volute, shovel cutter, grinding roller, grinding ring and cover.

Working principle

When working, the crushed potash feldspar is added into the machine from the hopper on the side of the hood, and revolves around the vertical axis by means of the roller grinding device suspended on the plum blossom rack of the main machine. At the same time, it rotates itself. Because of the centrifugal force when rotating, the roller swings outward and is pressed on the grinding ring, so that the shovel can lift the material and send it to the grinding roller and the grinding ring. Between them, the purpose of crushing materials is achieved by rolling and rolling of grinding rollers.
