Application of rotary dryer:
Rotary dryer is also called drum dryer, is a type of dryer to handle a lot of material. Because of reliable operation, flexible operation, strong adaptability, large amount of processing, widely used in metallurgy, building materials, food, light industry, chemical industry, coal, pharmaceutical industry.



Working theory:
The wet material is delivery to the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator and then fed through the feed line through the hopper to the feed end. The inclination of the feed pipe is greater than the natural inclination of the material so that the material flows smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined with the horizontal line. The material is fed from the higher end, the heating medium enters from the low end, into the countercurrent contact with the material, and the heating medium and the material flow together into the cylinder. As the rotating material of the cylinder is operated by gravity to the bottom end. Wet material in the cylinder forward movement process, directly or indirectly get the heating body of the heat, so that the wet material to dry, and then at the discharge end by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
